We provide professional and licensed services in the areas of Domestic Surveillance, Computer Forensics, Child Custody Cases, GPS Vehicle Tracking, Background Checks, Records Searches, Insurance Fraud Surveillance, Process Service and more - as a full service private investigation agency.
Domestic Cases/General Surveillance:
Fees: The minimum retainer fee in an investigation is $1210. Our rate charged against the retainer is $55/hour and $.45/mile.

Computer Forensics:
We use industry standard software and hardware to analyze entire hard drives or individual files/small groups of files. All evidence is legally retrieved and documented as such. Computer forensics can be extremely powerful, compelling and critical evidence.
Fees: The initial retainer fee to begin the analysis/investigation is $950 per hard drive. With 90% (or more) of computer forensics cases, the retainer fee is sufficient to complete the analysis of the data. Forensic analysis of individual files or small groups of digital data is sometimes negotiable.
Legal computer forensics is NOT just 'looking at the files' on a computer. Imaging, indexing and analyzing a hard drive forensically is a lengthy process. All depending upon the actual capacity (size) of the hard drive: Imaging the hard drive itself takes from 3 to 8 hours. Indexing takes from 14 to 45 hours. The actual Analysis takes from 6 to 14 hours or more. NO, "Geek Squad" nor any of those other computer services can do anything even close. Don't let them fool you into thinking they can:
1) In South Carolina, you MUST be a SLED Licensed Private Investigation Agency to retrieve digital data legally. (Ask them if they are...) If not, they are NOT expert witnesses and will not be considered such in a court of law in SC.
2) Any of the local computer geeks claiming to do "forensics" would have to possess very expensive software and hardware specially designed to do so LEGALLY. They do not have such equipment.
GPS (Vehicle) Tracking:
This service is ONLY available in the course of a legal, contracted investigation and for obvious liability (and legal) concerns - is not available as a 'standalone' service. It is a 24/7 live tracking system accessed from our exclusive internet web site.
Note: We DO NOT give out tracking information to clients. The devices are used only by our investigators as an investigative tool to locate the subject, in order to conduct LEGAL surveillance on the client's behalf.
$300/weekly flat rate fee
Process Service:
- $55 per service plus $.45/mile - $20 per additional attempt - Affidavit furnished after service - $55/hour is applied to papers that 'have to be served at all costs' and/or to process service that turns into a surveillance situation.
